Frequently Asked Questions
As an apartment complex, how do we start getting services?
Our trade of service agreement allows Atlantis to provide services to your property in exchange for an apartment that we will then sub-lease with your assistance. We will then take this rent payment as payment for the provided services.
How long does the contract last?
Our service agreement provides for flexibility to adjust to your properties individual lease agreement. This contract will be renegotiated at the time of contract/lease expiration.
Who is living in the apartment? Who is liable?
We work with your current leasing strategies and guidelines to fill the apartment as if you were filling it with any other tenant. We provide commission for associates and a small commission to the office itself for filling the sub-lease.
What does unlimited mean?
We've researched the set of services we find most applicable to your property and determined a value and amount equal to the trade. In most circumstances, we provide unlimited support, however, due to time and feasibilty, not all services can be offered as such.
Why not get a CA or resident to do this stuff?
Our years of professional experience, market knowledge, and physical skill sets provide a service that can not be matched by most CA's or residents. Having an office associate attempt to perform this work detracts from their primary goal - filling apartments.
We're at full capacity. How does the trade help us?
As evidenced by our provided price comparisons, the value you get from the trade, provides a much higher value from simply leasing it to any normal resident. You can turn a potentially empty apartment into valuable services, increased ammeneties, and improved marketability.
We don't have any apartments available. How can we sign up?
Our trade of services agreement works on the premise of a filled apartment. Therefore, if you have no available apartments, we may work out a payable per-service agreement or begin the agreement when an apartment becomes available.
